Job Brief
Responsible for creating creative designs and materials to promote the Company’s brand, products, and services that align with the Company’s marketing strategies while ensuring consistency. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Team to share and create innovative solutions for the engagement and education of clients about Life insurance offers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or related field.
- Three years of experience in graphic design in digital and print media (brochures, ads, social media, etc.)
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop graphical designs, digital content such as brochures, social media content, short videos, etc.
- Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns aligned with the Company’s branding.
- Ensure that all designs and public advertising maintain branding consistency and visual identity.
- Ensure the collaboration and communication with vendors, copyright holders, designers, Marketing and Sales team is consistent and timely.
- Contribute and assist with the development of the Social Media Strategy, Market and Trend Research to ensure social media and industry trends are current.
Skills & Competencies:
- Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, etc.
- Ability to create impactful designs that align with audience needs and business objectives.
- Effective in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with excellent critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledgeable in UX/UI design, web best practices, and digital asset creation.
- Work effectively with web developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end website functionality.
