RF&G Life Insurance Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jerome Palma as
Managing Director with effect from 1st October 2020.
Jerome joined the Company as an Actuarial Analyst in July 2010 and over the last ten years the progressed
to Actuarial Manager in January 2015 and General Manager in March 2019.
Jerome who has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pure Mathematics, from the University of Belize,
a Masters of Science in Actuarial Science (M.Sc.) from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, is also
studying to become a Professional Actuary. So far, he qualified as an Associate Actuary (AFA) and
also earned a Certificate in Finance and Investments all from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries,
United Kingdom.
His background in Mathematics, excellent analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail, and his outlook as a
team player is unmatched in the industry and will be an invaluable asset to the Company
His appointment reflects the ambition of the Board of RF&G Life Insurance Company to grow our position
in this important sector and continue to provide excellent customer propositions across all of our
distributions channels.
