- Office hours are currently 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

Once Inside, any policies or procedures?
- Visitors are encourage to sanitize with hand sanitizer when entering the office
- 2-3 persons are permitted in the lobby area at any given time and keep safe distancing of 6 feet apart indicated by the floor markers.
- Receptionist/cashier will engage with the walk-in clients/visitors and fill out the clients/visitors responses to the questions on our health screening forms.
- Receptionist/cashier is to use best judgment and take added precautions, where it is deemed necessary, for everyone’s health and safety especially should the answer to any question on the Health Screening Form be ‘yes’
- If the client/visitor request for a specific staff member, tactfully ask the motive of the request to determine if client/visitor can be assisted in order to limit face-to-face interaction
Is COVID-19 covered by Life Insurance and/or Health Insurance?
- RF&G Life does not cover the test for COVID-19 but will cover the medical in terms of symptoms or hospitalization.
