Jamin serves as the Operations Manager, bringing over a decade of progressive experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with expertise spanning Risk Management, Investments, Pensions, and Operations. Holding an MBA in Financial Analysis, he combines strategic insight with operational excellence to drive organizational performance and sustainable growth.
In his leadership role, Jamin provides direct oversight of all core operational functions, including Customer Service Excellence, Underwriting, IT, and Claims. He is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across the Company’s main office and branch locations, fostering efficiency, accountability, and a strong service culture aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives.

Mejiba heads up the accounting department with a combined 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing in the insurance industry.
She directly oversees the preparation of the company’s financial reports, guides financial decisions, establishes, monitors and enforces accounting policies and procedures within the department. Mejiba is also responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented.

Mrs. Denise Longsworth has a passion for helping people make the best financial decisions for themselves and their families. With over 30 years of experience in banking and insurance, she brings both knowledge and genuine care for people to her role at R&G Life Insurance Company.
For the past eight years, Denise has been part of the R&G team, serving the last five as Senior Manager and manager of the Underwriting and Policy Services departments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Marketing and has built a career around leadership, customer service, and guiding others toward financial security.
What inspires Denise most is seeing clients and colleagues succeed. She believes that financial peace of mind is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and our loved ones—and she is committed to making that possible for every person she serves.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to others. She believes life is about relationships, growth, and making positive differences that guide both her personal and professional journey.

Carlos is a Certified Regulatory Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crimes (CRAMLFC) Professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the corporate and financial services sectors. He brings a unique blend of legal, compliance, and business development expertise to RF&G Life.
Since joining RF&G Life in 2023 as Compliance Officer, he has been instrumental in strengthening our regulatory framework. In 2024, his role expanded to include oversight of the Business Development department, where he drives growth while ensuring it is built on a solid foundation of compliance.
Carlos also has a keen interest in technology and design, which he applies to enhance efficiency and innovation in his work.
