Online Payment Instructions
To secure continuity of coverage, online payments can be made via bill payment or transfer to our bank accounts. We highly recommend the bill payment option. Please note that each policy will need a separate bill payment.
Steps to process a bill payment:
Belize Bank Ltd.
- Select “Bill Pay” option
- Under “Select a Payee“- choose “RFG LIFE“.
- In the “Account number” field enter your policy number.
- In the “Customer name” field enter the name of the insured and enter the amount.
Heritage Bank Ltd.
- A merchant must be created to make payment.
- Go to the “Payment“, select “Manage Payees” and select “Add Merchant“.
- From the list of merchants select “RFG Insurance (Life)“, and enter the policy number and Insured name.
- In the Payment option select “Make a Payment” and select the “Payee“.
- The policy number and insured name will automatically be displayed. Enter the amount and proceed to process the transaction.
Atlantic Bank Ltd.
You can do a transfer to any of our accounts below:

Log into your Atlantic bank account and select the “Transfers” tab, then select “Other Bank Transfer”. Once the page is loaded complete the below fields.
Transfer from account, Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Bank, Type of Transfer, Beneficiary Account, Amount, Confirm Amount, and Purpose of Transfer (Insured Name and Policy Number).
Once funds are transferred, kindly send an email to the below address with the deposit information. This will ensure that funds are identified and applied accordingly.
