By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card provided. 3.3. RF&G Life Insurance is not liable for any unauthorized use of your card or for any issues related to declined transactions by your financial institution.
4. Transaction Security 4.1. RF&G Life Insurance, in partnership with Belize Bank, implements secure encryption technologies to protect your card details during the transaction process. 4.2. RF&G Life Insurance does not store any credit or debit card details on its servers. Payment information is securely processed by Belize Bank’s payment gateway.
5. Transaction Fees 5.1. Any transaction fees imposed by Belize Bank or the issuing bank are your responsibility. 5.2. You agree to bear any additional charges incurred due to currency conversion or bank policies.
6. Refunds and Cancellations 6.1. All payments made through the online gateway are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by RF&G Life Insurance’s refund policy. 6.2. Any request for a refund or cancellation must be submitted to RF&G Life Insurance within 7 days of the transaction, and refunds will be subject to the company’s policy review and processing period.
